The issue of dividing the knowledge to knowledge by presence and empirical knowledge by Muslim philosophers is the result of epistemological view to the phenomenon of knowledge which most of the wise men have believed in since long times ago to now. According to Mulla Sadra, the reality of knowledge is an existential issue and is realized as real as that issue before the wise scholar while he achieves the knowledge. Having approached and deduced Sadrolmutallehin's views using a specific method, the present paper has analyzed and investigated his standpoints regarding the issue of knowledge reality and has adapted this approach with his specific philosophical principle such as the existentialism, unity of existence, extension of existence, equivalence of existence, its perfections and union of the intellect and reasonable so that this hypothesis is confirmed that the division of such categorization of the knowledge is not acceptable based on Sadrolmutallehin's epistemological principles as made by the wise common categorization, but as mentioned earlier, Sadrolmutallehin merely believes in the knowledge by presence which is supported by evidence and confirmations noticeable in different Sadrolmutallehin's works and his pupils of transcendental wisdom whose most important writings have been mentioned in this paper.
