Rereading the concept of God in Kindi's thought with the Quranic approach introduces another face of Kindi. In explaining the concept of God, Kindi emphasizes on God's "creator" and has reflected it in various treatises from his collection of philosophical treatises. The question is how Kindi used the Quran in the concept of God? Can Kindi's explanation of the concept of God be considered as Quranic? To express the concept of God and introduce him as the creator, Kindi either explicitly uses the verses of the Qur'an or implicitly uses the concepts of "Truth", "alim", "just" and "omnipotent" in describing God. In some treatises, he cites verses from the Holy Quran (Sura 36/verses 78-82; Sura 55/verse 6) and in direct use of the Quran, he calls God the "Creator" and in the use of Quranic themes, God is called "the Truth”, that he has Qur'anic attributes. In this article, by examining those verses and briefly explaining them, we are trying to reread the concept of God with a Qur'anic perspective and answer the questions.
